My weight loss journey

 

 

 

or lack there of…I have done HORRBILE lately and I am ready to get back on track! I started working out again and we have nightly walks or bike rides…Jillian is kicking my butt, but in the end it will all be WORTH IT! I have a wedding to attend in 10 days and want to look awesome!

 

    I would really like to lose another  20 lbs by Aug 17th so that would put my weight loss at almost 40lbs!!! My small goal is lose 10lbs by July 16th. Kyle and I will also be celebrating our 7yr anniversary while in Houston and I want to look FABULOUS in my dress…which I got on SALE and is a SIZE 5 but that really doesn’t mean crap in dresses because I know that I can’t normally fit in a 5/6(YET)…8’s yes but not 5/6’s… Since January I have lost about 4 inches all over and dropped almost 5 sizes….

  My weakness is DEF chocolate…and a nice cold DP…I keep a lot of fruit in the house to snack on and drink water but my thoughtful husband who is starting to put me first has been bringing me home DP’s and snickers…Oh Kyle I love you but LOATHE that you bring me those! So starting on Sunday we are going semi gluten free…(is that possible??) We have already switched over to hormone free/organic chicken and keep lots of of fresh fruit and veggies in the house & freezer. I have found a lot of great resources and will be posting my menu’s on here when I make them…  My weakness is late at night when I am up editing…so I have tried to do that during the day and then the evenings are spent outside with Gannon. t been as busy so I can spend more time with Gannon but REALLY miss shooting. ANYWAYS…any encouragement or words of wisdom would be appreciated! Just a snap shot from our anniversary family date….DSC_0011
